Billy Freeman, Jr. accepts congratulations from fellow NAMC Hall of Fame member Arthur McQueen, CEO of EGM Services, Inc. In June 2017, Technique Concrete Construction CEO and president Billy Freeman, Jr. was welcomed into the NAMC Hall of Fame. NAMC (National Association of Minority Contractors) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to build
