Willie A. Watkins Funeral Home
Willie Watkins, a long-time friend and neighbor of Billy Freeman, recruited Technique to restore this funeral home. Upon realizing that the home sat on a historical site, the Technique team created a restoration plan that met all Georgia laws and standards for restoring historical sites.

Restoration on Park
As a demonstration of their commitment to giving back to the community, Billy Freeman and Technique Concrete Construction purchased the property in order to set the groundwork for an uplifted new apartment complex. By successfully demolishing and building out a new apartment community in the East Point neighborhood, Technique was able to provide tenants with an affordable, vibrant place to call home.
