CONCRETE PRODUCTION
Concrete production is the process of mixing together various ingredients—aggregate, sand, limestone, and clay— before heating them to produce concrete. TUNNEL MINING
Tunnel mining depends on many factors, including ground conditions, groundwater conditions, the length and diameter of the tunnel drive, the depth of the tunnel, the logistics of supporting the tunnel excavation, the final use, and the shape of the tunnel and appropriate risk management. Technique Concrete has secured tunnel mining projects in Atlanta, Georgia; Seattle, Washington; and Houston, Texas.

RUNWAY CONSTRUCTION
Runway construction projects present a continuous process to prevent hazards to aircraft and air control operations. In 2017, Technique Concrete Construction established a joint venture with McCarthy Improvement, Inc. to complete the taxiway replacement at Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport. On this particular project, Technique used their batch plant to manufacture all concrete used on the taxiway operation. The 24-hour operation required 80 commercial tandem dump trucks operating in two twelve-hour shifts.

STEEL REBAR FABRICATION
Technique Steel Fabrication is an 18,000-square-foot facility located at 2025 Anvil Block Rd in Forest Park, Georgia at Fort Gillem. The complex sits on 20 acres of land and contains world-class rebar fabrication equipment from KRB. We have the capacity to fabricate a range of sizes from bar #3 to #18.
